Naming Your Touchpoint

 

Choose a Universal, Actionable Name: The name you assign to your touchpoint should be both universally understandable and actionable. This clarity helps in guiding your team and our AI to better align with your objectives, ensuring a seamless integration of the touchpoint into the customer journey.
